Cancellation Policy You have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation prior to the order being dispatched. Once the order has already been dispatched, you will have to go through our regular returns policy.

Returns Policy Due to the nature of the Joeyies device, once the product has been used, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons. We only accept returns for unused products. If you are not satisfied with your unused product, you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return for a potential refund or store credit with a member of our customer support team. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be fully processed by your financial institution.

Exchange Policy Due to the nature of the Joeyies device, once the product has been used, it cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. We only offer FREE exchanges in the form of store credit for unused products for issues related to sizing or defects. Please reach out to our customer support team in order to process an exchange.
